I finally got divorced last Thursday and it feels amazing!!!! 18months of pure hell are now over and I can get on with my life!!!

| yep. At least you don't have to go to court!!!! don't even talk to me about HOW stressful THAT is!!!! still, like I said Cherie, small steps. It probably seems really daunting at the moment and scary and a big mountain but just take small steps. Make a plan. Write that plan down on a timescale. So: April - Goal. To Do. May - Goal. To Do. June - Goal. To Do. It will REALLY help you keep focused and organised. | |

| Sounds very clinical, but treat it like organising a big event. So write it all down step by step. Everything. Where you will live, where your son will go to school, where you work, travelling, doctors, dentists etc and organise it all into months as I said above. What is the first step? what will you be doing in April to start this process? then what can be done in May? who do you have to notify? even changing your address with friends and professionals. Do it all month by month then you'll see that some things you won't need to do for another 3 months but some things you'll need to do immediately. I can help you with this Cherie x | |
